Tanner & Tilley recently gained planning approval for 8 residential units in Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth. The proposal involved conversion of the upper floors offices and rear garages.
The planning approval was received until delegated powers and following lengthy discussions with the Local Planning Authority in order to ensure that the impact upon the Conservation Area was acceptable and noise concerns held by the LPA were allayed.
