COMPANY PROFILE
Tanner & Tilley Town Planning Consultants was formed in 1994 when Peter Tanner and Roger Tilley, both previously sole practitioners, joined forces in order to maintain a high level of service to their expanding client groups. Their combined expertise and experience enabled them to grow the business with a professional and commercially responsive approach to meet their clients’ needs. Continued business growth led to a third partner, John Montgomery, joining the firm in 2000. Also in that year Tanner & Tilley Planning Limited was formed to provide a dedicated service in respect of planning appeals.
As from 1st March 2008, the partnership was incorporated into a limited company. The business now solely operates as a limited company.

The company offers a high quality professional service at a competitive cost. The type and scope of the planning, development or advisory service required by the individual Client is specifically tailored to meet their needs and each project is under the direct control of one of the Directors.
