AFC Bournemouth is holding a public exhibition in two weeks to display the exciting proposals for a new South Stand, along with a new gateway to the complex which includes a pedestrian hub and 36 bedroom hotel.

The south end of the Seward Stadium has been empty for a number of years but the club has ambitious plans to develop the ground as they push for promotion to the Championship.

Local residents will have the opportunity to view and comment on the proposals before the application is submitted to Bournemouth Borough Council.

Cherries supporters are also encouraged to attend the event and share their views on the plans.

Carlie O’Neill, Business executive at Tanner & Tilley, the planning consultants for this proposal, said, “This is a great opportunity for Bournemouth residents to see this part of the ground developed into something which will benefit the wider community.

“This exhibition will give everyone the chance to see the proposal and voice their opinions on the development before the application is submitted.”

The exhibition will be held on May 23rd and 24th at The Champions Restaurant Top Floor, AFC Bournemouth, Dean Court, Kings Park, BH7 7AF, 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Plans will be available for comments on the night.

If you are unable to attend the exhibition further info can be obtained from
