Internal alterations and changes to the external appearance of a listed building, including extensions, will require Listed Building Consent. In some cases, planning permission may also be required in addition to Listed Building Consent.

We are experienced in negotiating proposals for alterations and extensions to listed building with the local planning authority. We can advise you on your chances of success; how long it is likely to take to secure Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission; and how much it will cost.
